The KOA in Bismarck is open all year. In addition to the many RV sites, you’ll find lodging for rent as well as tent camping areas. The camp managers throw many events throughout the year, including ice cream socials.
While the park is open year-round, there are limited facilities during the off-season. The KOA is big-rig friendly and has easy access from the I-94. There are a lot of offerings on site, including a snack bar, pool, tennis courts, ladder golf, and two playgrounds for smaller kids. The location is close to the capital city as well as the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center.
“Nice campground with all the amenities. Pool and several playgrounds for the kids, C-store and laundry for the adults. Our tent site had water and electricity and we could right up to the tent for a little extra protection during the storm that night. Even with the rain, the site drain off overnight… No mud puddles in the morning. Beautiful trees throughout the campground for shade. I would definitely recommend.” – Drew, Google
